Consultancy

Having worked in all areas of the learning business, I am able to create designs that meet and indeed exceed expectations.  Utilising graphic and interactive design skills, I can bring a creative flair to instructional design.


I have designed innovative e-Learning products (including games and simulations) that have been used online and in blended workshops. Outside of the learning arena, I have designed web sites and paper-based marketing collateral.


Conversant in Flash / Actionscript, rapid authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate and Lectora), graphic design tools, html and desktop publishing packages.  

Sales prospecting, proposals, presentations and negotiation. Involved in the writing of business cases and numerous successful tenders. Developed and managed relationships with partners and resellers; understanding key drivers and developing mutually beneficial plans.


In addition to needs analysis and learning project creation, I have delivered specific consultancy for product launches, stakeholder engagement and strategic planning.
